+wow, the walrus coding tools is not what it used to be.  at one point it had the binaries
+for all sorts of large development tools, like visual studio.  yuck!

+now it's just a lightweight collection of notes for useful programming tools.
+and it's very incomplete still; progress is ongoing, as usual.
