cleaning a bit, including moving out some old docs, and renaming
the name of the "database" folder to be "infobase". the second
term is hopefully more general and not so highly charged with the
idea that there'd be a relational database of some sort living under
that.

behavior, where cpu usage eventually goes to 100% on all cpus. this has
