uhhh, i don't think i updated this.  was working with eclipse.

attempting to get parms with spaces to still pass on through as single parameters rather than being broken up.  this has been afflicting sudo calls to add-apt-repository where the parameter is one string with spaces in it.

trying upping this thread count more, although it actually seems to be driving behavior
in the opposite direction and everything is failing during opensim startup now.

updating number of threads to see if that improves the really bad runtime
behavior, where cpu usage eventually goes to 100% on all cpus.  this has
been suggested as a potential solution.
