the wildcard release

now supports wildcard dns names off of cakelampvm.com, making the user's burden easier if they don't want to deal with dns setup.  all web sites inflated with standup will now have a shadow domain on cakelampvm.com, e.g. mooferts.com will also exist at mooferts.cakelamp.com.  this is supported by the internet version of DNS for cakelampvm.com answering all requests for the wildcarded domains off of it as pointing at the vm's fixed ip address 10.28.42.20.  it sounds confusing but it rocks and actually works.
lots of other changes in revamp, fixing samba homes access (for write by user), repairing some apache config items, adding mysql users to enable remote host access of the vm, plus many more!
