release 2.140.129: algorithmic alligator

silly namings of releases continue.
this has some composer and eclipse config updates.
test dir tree has a better path for the test, which we can guarantee is there...  but it also shows how slow that directory traversal code is.  examine and improve in subsequent releases.
various cleanups.
