slick versions version

the version tools have been improved greatly, and no longer write any files into the codebase.  all the version headers, rc, assembly files and other crud are put into a versions directory under the generated store.  not tested on windows yet, but we will ram this better approach down visual c's throat somehow.
also updated the cakelampvm documentation.  links have been popped out to new windows, and any textual links have been made into real urls.
