+ switched to apt everywhere, replacing apt-get usages.
+ added tidbit files for digitalocean and steam.
+ new template for printing 6 labels of 3.5"x3.5" dimensions, for to-do items.
+ yet another stab at correctly getting the terminal title; this one still suffers from getting fooled when a different window has focus, but at least it doesn't require an extra tool to accomplish this partial solution.
+ assorted varied cleanups.
